Freight and handling charges

We keep our charges for freight and handling to a minimum. The charges are added to your order before payment. These percentages are reviewed periodically and may change as a result.

There is currently a charge of between 4% and 10% of the product price for those you can purchase online for delivery within New Zealand.

Breakdown of current freight and handling charges:

Less than $200	10% of product price
$200 - $400	6% of product price
$400 - $500	5% of product price
over $500	4% of product price

If your destination is outside of New Zealand we will advise you of any additional charges by email before we send any products and request that you make contact with us before purchasing online to establish a clear understanding of charges that maybe incurred.

For products that do not have a, "Buy Now" facility, you will be advised of the charges after making contact with us.

All freight charges are in New Zealand dollars and include GST, cover packaging and delivery.

Delivery

We select a delivery company to suit the destination. Orders are normally filled with 2 working days so you can expect your delivery within a week if you're in New Zealand. We will notify you if we anticipate any delays due to location or stock issues. Orders will only be sent to physical premises and not Post Office or Private Boxes
